Instructions
If you are making the buns use my recipe for "dinner rolls" and roll into 6 balls instead of 8.
Begin by rendering out the bacon slowly with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Cook over medium-low heat and flip the bacon until it's nice and crispy. Rest the bacon on paper towel and save the cooking fat.
Cut the buns in half and brush them with the softened butter. Put the cheese on the top half of the buns. Toast until golden under the broil setting of the oven. Add your desired sauces to the buns.
Slice the tomato and get the lettuce and avocado ready. Fry the eggs in the bacon fat sunnyside up over low-medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.Once the egg whites are fully cooked and the egg yolks still runny, carefully lift out of the pan onto the buns. Assemble the sandwich and enjoy!
